Founded by Bob Hammond, Hammond Transport has been an institution in Upper Hutt since 1952. The company has been passed on from generation to generation and is currently operating under Bill Hammond; Bob’s nephew, who bought Hammond Transport in 1982.
Fast forward to the present day, Hammond Transport provides general cartage, moving and storage solutions for Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt and the wider Wellington region. We have a number of teams operating on a daily basis who get each job done quickly and effectively with a positive can-do attitude.
